First, these are things I like to know. Have you seen things about DJs at other weddings that you loved? Didn’t love? What is your style and taste in music? What is the vibe you have envisioned for your reception? Obviously, my goal is to make your wedding and reception amazing, so the more I can learn about what you two like, the better. We can set up a Zoom meeting if you would like to talk and see more.

I can take care of all the MC details, and as far as the timeline and music you pre-select, it couldn’t be easier with my planning app.  You can have the link to your planning app complete with a timeline that we can modify to fit your vision. I can create your own app for you to check out and play with as much as you want. Then if you chose me as your DJ, I will just convert it to a permanent planner and you do not lose anything you might have put in it.

Now, for the info I know you really want…

As for fees, I try to keep things really simple. I have 5 packages. Examples of the packages are on YouTube and can be discussed in detail now or on a Zoom call. All the packages come with the right sound for your size event.  The difference in packages is the lighting for the dance floor area.  Here is a brief overview:

Package 1 For Reception:

• Hours- my price covers your reception, no added charges. 
• Unlimited free consultations (some other companies limit the number of consultations.)
• A wedding planning app to make your life SO much easier for planning and timelines. In the app you’ll be able to see the timeline, put in songs for formal dances, request music, and so much more. There is a demo on my YouTube channel. Link is below. You’ll even be able to invite friends to the app so they can request songs for dancing, but they won’t have the ability to change anything or see your choices for the formalities.
• I’m the actual person who DJs the wedding (with many companies, you might talk to one person and then they send someone else, leading to possible miscommunications). I’ve been DJing over 15 years, with thousands of events of experience and zero cancellations.
• You have as much control over the song selection as you want, including access to my planning app that will be tailored to your wedding day. I can set up a trial link for you to check it out. It’s pretty awesome.
• Emceeing – I make any announcements throughout the night, but I avoid the excessive talking or DJ antics that distract from a fun, smooth event.
• Professional DJ equipment (speakers, microphones, etc.), including wireless microphones, and lights for the dance floor. I have multiple systems to be able take care of the smallest event to the largest.
• Classy looking set up. I am not afraid to show pictures and video of my set up that you and your guests will see at your reception. Does my competition clearly show how they present themselves? Or are they random pictures of things and people that you are not hiring. Have you seen any of my videos on my YouTube channel?
• Travel costs, setup time, taxes, etc., are all included.
• Package 1 starts at $1850.

Add Ceremony:

• Music and microphones for the ceremony, including a lapel mic that the officiant can use.
• A dedicated equipment setup for this (separate from the reception setup), if the ceremony is in a different spot.
• My presence and help at your rehearsal to coordinate the wedding party and timing with the music. I can run the whole rehearsal if your officiant is not experienced. If they are, I will still be there to help you and your wedding party with walking down the aisle, timing, etc. With me there, they won’t have to worry about anything other than showing up!

• Cost: $500 when added to any Package

Add Photobooth:

• Self contained and enclosed booth for you and your guests to use as many times as they wish.
• Lots of great high quality photobooth props and a very few of those cheesy props on “popsicle“ sticks. We still keep a few around for those who like them. 
• A dedicated photobooth attendant to help your guests in any way she can and keep the props nice and orderly. 
• A memory book for you filled with one of every photostrip along with a note written by each guest along side of their picture.
• The USB flash drive from the night with all the originals is yours to take home and keep. 
• Guests will also be able to take home a physical copy of their real 2x6 photostrip as well as be able to text or email it to themselves. 
• Cost: $590 when added to any Package

Add Sparklers:

• These are cold spark fountains that add a big wow factor to those special moments, like grand entrances and first dance.
• Cost: $500 when added to any Package

Brand new in 2024, my all white option - brand new all white speakers and  white dj booth, And new for the 2025 season is the Package 1M option, due to the overwhelming requests to have the look of Package 1 AND a mirror ball.  All the Packages above can be chosen in “Whiteout” or “Blackout”. You get the option of how you would like it to look.
